My wife Marsha and I have a passion to experience as many countries as we possibly can, having visited over 75 all around the globe! We LOVE learning about cultures, art, history, appreciating the beauty of each country, and meeting amazing people wherever we go! I have been in the Real Estate business since 1992, am a dedicated student of my profession, and prior to becoming a licensed Realtor® I was a Wallcovering/Painting Contractor in the Greater Sarasota area. I earned my Broker’s License in 1996 and successfully owned my own Independent Brokerage for over 17 years. Throughout the years I have had extensive training in negotiation, problem solving, renovation strategies, and customer relations to achieve satisfied clientele. In short, I LOVE to help people realize their real estate objectives!!

My friends call me a “Fairy Dog Mother” having rescued/fostered over 50 dogs in the Suncoast region of Florida! At open houses you may ever see a sweet four-legged companion with me to “show you around”! I have been in the Real Estate business since 2006 as a private investor and became a licensed Realtor® in both Florida and Massachusetts in 2012. Prior to that, I was a Middle School Band Director in Wisconsin and then a Massage Therapist/Educator/School Administrator in Florida. Both careers helped prepare me well for being a Realtor®! Having worked with multimillion dollar home sellers and also foreclosed properties, I LOVE it all!!
