Dave Swenson, the Broker/Owner holds the CIPS® (Certified International Property Specialist) designation and has traveled to 93 countries of our World. He is presently serving as the Chairperson of the Global Business Committee at the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee in 2024. As an extensive Traveler who has experienced first-hand many of the cultures and ethnic heritages of our World, this gives him a truly Global perspective.
Dave Swenson has been a Broker/Owner/Manager/Team Leader for over 25 years in the Sarasota area of the Suncoast region.
Our location (1751 Mound Street, Suite #208) is in the corner top floor office in the Bayou Oaks Professional building in the Downtown area of Sarasota (just west of PF Changs).
Our name gives a solid geographically targeted region for any Realtor in RASM whether they focus on areas located in either Sarasota or Manatee County.
Our commission schedule is lean and pro-Team Members.
